The “gastro pub” is a fairly new concept to North America and means “gastronomical pub” or “food pub”. It is a place where not only is it a cool, comfortable and casual atmosphere, but, it is known to serve fresh, fantastic and affordable food.
It is the perfect place for lunch, dinner and of course a drink among friends. It is not “just” a bar or “just” a restaurant, it is the best of both worlds.
Our idea now is to offer a new experience to Red Deer, by introducing its first Gastro Pub. With this idea we are afforded the opportunity to still do what we love doing in offering fantastic food and service but in a more casual and inviting atmosphere.
